Chamber Music is a shared journey to develop intellectually, emotionally, and musically, often leading to a lifetime of friendships. Our chamber music workshop and its concert were successfully held on 12th - 14th February 2024.

SMA Master Class invited renowned professional musicians to our music course, across a range of instruments, for in-depth exploration of musicianship and performance.

Surrey Music Academy opened its doors at Frensham Heights for a spectacular summer music school on Sunday 13th August - Saturday 19th August 2023. Students not only learn how to improve their techniques but also learn how to play together with others, and connect with people!

On Friday 30th June, SMA hosted a Fundraising concert for our Summer Music School bursary scheme. This initiative aims to support aspiring young musicians by providing them with an opportunity to nurture their talents and pursue their dreams. We have successfully raised £1,130 at the end!

We did it! Film Night with Orchestra on 14th February was such a success. Two days, 30 young musicians aged 4-16 and our fabulous teaching team created such an amazing concert!

FYO (Farnham Youth Orchestra) and FSO (Farnham Symphony Orchestra) have loved performing at Aldridge Theatre Frensham Heights for the Christmas Spectacular Concert.

Surrey Summer Music School has ended in high spirits. Thanks to our dedicated faculty team, they have worked very hard and thoughtfully designed the coursework including Masterclasses, ensemble plays, orchestra, choir, mini Maestro and music theory and music appreciation lessons.
